    Our origins

    Philippe Calleux, an experienced advertising executive, acquired an investor relations firm in 1997, adding his advertising and communications expertise to gain a foothold in the IPO market. The first IPO was Buffalo Grill, which won Stratégies magazine’s 1998 award for the best IPO. In 1999, the agency became Calyptus, an entrepreneurial, family-run financial and corporate communications agency. Since then, Calyptus has supported its clients, both listed and unlisted, in their strategic communications, and has been involved in almost a hundred financial transactions.
